奶油瑞士卷 Butter swiss roll



Chocolate Swiss roll


80gm – butter

120gm – castor sugar 

7 eggs

120gm – plain flour

20gm – cocoa powder


1)beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gently fold in sifted flour and cocoa powder, add in melted butter, mix well.


2)bake 10mins, 200’c (25X35cm baking tin, line with baking paper)


3)spread with butter cream, roll gently. Tada !


Butter Cream ?

250gm butter

120gm caster suger

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

75ml hot water


  1. beat butter and sugar til light and fluffy, stir in vanilla essence. Add in hot water, a tablespoon at a time, mix well. Tada !
